Research Use Only
All products offered by Maple Research Labs are research chemicals supplied in vials in lyophilized form and are intended exclusively for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products are not approved for human or animal consumption, or for any therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or recreational use. Any such use is strictly prohibited.
Eligibility and Buyer Representations
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Maple Research Labs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21, that you are acquiring products for legitimate research purposes, that you understand the applicable laws and the safe-handling requirements for research chemicals, and that you will not use or permit the use of any product for human or animal consumption.
Products, Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may change or update product information and pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received before an order is accepted and fulfilled. You are responsible for understanding and complying with any requirements, taxes, or restrictions that apply in your jurisdiction.
Shipping
Orders placed on this site ship from within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Order cancellations for a full refund are available before an order ships. Once shipped, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including our process for damaged or incorrect items.
Compliance and Restrictions
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You agree that you will not adulterate, misbrand, resell for human or animal use, or otherwise misuse any product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to decline service to any customer.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute before initiating litigation.
